To any and all who are trying to maintain some optimism here:
The January Effect has been kind to IDTI for many years. Here are some numbers I looked up:
10/92-1/93 the price went from 2 up to 4.
12/93-1/94 from 6-9
11/94-1/95 from 12-16
1/96-2/96 from 9-14+ (January came late this time)
11/96-12/96 from 7 5/8 - 14 7/8

Of course, getting in at the bottom and out at the top is the trick. FWIW, I think that we're sinking to 10, but that's the bottom.
