Of course it glowed in the dark. We used to watch the uranium rocks at night and hit on the idea of decorating the christmas tree to save on electricity. I often wondered why they didn't use the stuff in car headlights as it would really save on batteries. Or paint the road margins and centre lines and stop signs with the stuff. One of the things illumninated by the U-rock was this line.
