It's been interesting to observe the COMPQ continue its upward ascension in the 2 weeks following the completion of the final-phase handle breakout of the bullish cup-with-handle formation.

IBD has always maintained that the cup-with-handle is the most bullish of chart formations, and it would appear (so-far at least) that the 12-month COMPQ cup-with-handle is no exception.
