Windows on Arm won't support any of those (billion?) x86 apps, but it's kind of irrelevant, IMO. Windows tablets will live or die by the number of tablet optimized apps. Apps not written specifically for the tablet form factor suck on both Android and iPad, and I don't see why it would be any different for Windows 8. Although there are maybe 1 or 2 WP7 apps that I would like to have on the WOA sidebar...
