What do you know about rothira

Sorry, don't know about that; I am in a sarsep.

I'm69 and ready to draw my ira soon

Well, that changes things. My original response to you assumed that you had lots of time to wait for ASND to come back. It's hard to advise, as anything can happen. If I tell you to dump it, and then it comes roaring back; major bummer.

All I can say is that we are in a flat yield curve, which means the spread between short term and long term treasuries is narrow. Such an economic period does not bode well for stock picking, aggressive stocks, etc. This is the time to go into steady growth stocks (Gillette is an example).

In my opinion, it really boils down to how badly you need the money. If you really need the money, and can't afford to lose more, I would consider selling and moving into something safer. If you really don't need the money right now, I would consider holding.

I always stress; do your own research and make your own decisions. Good luck.
