And from Ken Ludwig, some very interesting observations... I wonder how they made that balloon payment for $200,000 last month???

Sold some stock??

Ron

I found the financials, finally, on EDGAR. Now I have
some real questions: The company says it wholly owns
all its subsidiaries yet it also says it pays out
$196200 in yearly rent ($3750 permonth in Dominican
Republic, $6300 each per month for Nicaragua and
Florida=16350x12=196200) Who gets the lease
payments? Who owns the factories or are they different factories?
I also note that there is a balloon payment
on a note due in October 97 of a $200,000 note and
monthly payments of $5982 for 18 months on a $50,000
note at 18%.
There is/was an unrelated party claim
against the company for around$1.500,000 + interest
and lawyers fees. Does anyone know the status of
this? These are questions and not,I repeat NOT negative opinions. Please respond if
you have any information. Thanks Ken ludwig

Ron, since it sounds like you are not a shareholder, what's it to you.
The financials will be out. We are patient and confident. You sound very desperate. We are desperate for our paid for certificates which our brokers can't get for us. The Calvery has been waiting over 3 months to get some 300,000 shares in certificate form. Perhaps you and the other Nays can help get them for us? Please? Goooo RMIL
