Well job ajaw has been calling for the financial apocalypse for the last 7000 points. He just bobs his head in and out to holler that end is near.

Others, who have been perpetually calling for collapse -- like westpacific (who rarely, if ever posts on this thread) have just shut up altogether:

Really this thread has some brilliant minds but that does not necessarily equate with sound trading/investment strategies.

As you have pointed out --- real estate is a bargain in so many areas of the country. How many here have made great real estate investments since the collapse?? my guess, probably very few.

I think they're just weary from FIGHTING THE TAPE.

as for a "real top" my guess is -- NOT -- maybe a short term correction ahead but i think the pasty-faced gloomies have a lot more punishment to endure before anything that resembles a "real top" is in place.
