You know Joey.... Until this private placement goes through, they haven't got squat. Just like those $12 million in full packaging contracts with Kids R Us that were being batted around in July-August until we find out that the factories haven't been operational for months. Don't you think that this company has just a little history of over-exhuberance with its news releases?? Do you think that someone would just walk up and hand this company $5 million in cool cash as well as forking out another $5 million in equity placement with NO COLLATERAL!!?? Would your banker?? Do you think they are still planning on being in the "black" when ever the financials make it out?? I doubt it. Regards, Ron
