Yes, it was reported that he was having a spirited political debate in a bar "not far from his home," but I can't find any report about who found him -- or why they would find him at 12:30 in the morning. Most people are sleeping.

There were never any reports of anyone walking with him.

He talked with someone at a local bar. Person unnamed. Looks suspicious if the person remains unnamed.
