No, and I never inferred or conjectured otherwise. What I did infer is "doing harm" to others is not the only decision making criteria?

Do you favor repealing all laws regarding public nudity? Will you answer one question asked? Or will you revert to only asking questions?

That's actually pretty funny. If you look at my posts, I asked quite a few questions that remain unanswered. If you read them, you will also notice that I respond to pretty much every question asked.

I agree that there are other criteria when you are talking about public displays. Community standards definitely play into the question. So the short answer to your question is "no, i do not favor the repeal of those laws" (at least in my community).

However, I do not believe that community standards play into expressions that are viewed or otherwise experienced privately. What happens in my home is none of your business. And what happens in your home is none of mine. Assuming, of course, that nobody's rights are being violated.

Do you disagree with this? Do you believe that community standards should have any place in the privacy of someone's home?

Do you think that there is any point in continuing this conversation? do you think that you will change my mind about anything? I don't think that I will change yours, brumar's or simplicity's. And I'm ok with that.
