I'm sure he wouldn't, either, because it's not relevant to the issue. He made a compact presentation, one where he stayed on point. The work by Locke that he cited is quite long. I'm sure it made hundreds of points that aren't relevant. He didn't cite Locke for them, either.

You may find irony in Locke's comments about atheists, or amusement, but irony, amusement, and hypocrisy are quite different concepts.
