Aside from the technicals, it seems to me that the Supreme Court Ruling on Obama"Care" this June will make a huge difference in the perceptions investors have of America's go-forward fiscal prospects and therefore by implication the markets. I recently read where estimated costs of Obama"Care" have almost doubled since the politicians bribed themselves into passing the unpopular law.

Hi All:

During the month of February, I forecast two corrective phases in the markets.

The downward response was tepid (especially the second one) and the upward response has been to make new marginal highs overall but with some issues -- NYSE and RUT to name a few.

I still think we are in a topping process. Nice weekly divergences by some measure. No price or time targets targets though.
