If you are planning to hold through the "year end Rally", to late Feb than NVLS and LRCX. If you want a very fats raid and are nimble, you could short VECO just here at 43 and probably buy it back on a psike down in the mid 30' (it dropped that far in late October, and has not recovered too well, it is not really so much in the standard semi cap field, but it is bunched with them and is much less liquid than either NVLS or LRCX).
