Hello Jim,

You knew DARTS, Universal Life, and Bill Donoghue a lot more than most people.

Bill talked 1 minute about DARTS but he was not too interested in DARTS and funds. DARTS was 4 funds with top Relative Strength. Switch to a new fund if a fund's RS drops out of top 10. Hold a fund at least 35 days. He tested DARTS using Monocle.

Bill was ALL for Universal Life, "the 8th Wonder of the Financial World." He will take a license exam to become a registered insurance agent! I don't konw if I should buy Universal Life or become a sales rep for Universal Life.

I visited your INVEST IN BEST thread. A great thread. My 403(b) must stay in Fidelity family, therefore I am more interested in Fidelity Select Funds.

Regards,
Julius
