In 2008, Rick Santorum said that if you wanted a conservative as the nominee of the Republican Party, "you must vote for Mitt Romney."

Here is the video of Santorum's remarks.....nobody puts words in his mouth.

Romney isn't just a Mormon. He has held important offices in the Church hierarchy and is expected after his public life is over to advance even higher.

That ought to generate some interesting questions.

The "Magic Underwear" is easily knocked down. It is no different from the fringes on Jewish prayer shawls - a constant reminder of their faith.

The leader of the Senate, who has been one of the three most powerful leaders in the government for several years and is the same religion as Romney, has not been asked those questions.

Romney's answer to all of them should be a question: Have you asked Harry Reid about it?

Obama's NBC News Attacks "Mitt Romney's" Mormonism: "Invented Religion: To Excuse Adultery

Apr 4, 2012 No Comments ›› Pat Dollard “Mormonism was created by a guy in Upstate New York in 1830 when he got caught having sex with the maid and explained to his wife that God told him to do it. 48 wives later Joseph Smith’s lifestyle was completely sanctified in the religion he invented to go along with it, which Mitt Romney says he believes.”

Romney WILL be asked pointed questions about his religion and religious beliefs eventually ... This is nothing compared to what's coming. Wait for the 60 Minutes program exploring the Mountain Meadows Massacre, the casual mention on news broadcasts of Romney's membership in a violent racist homophobic male supremacist cult.
