MichaelT, Amer. Petro-Hunter (AAPH.OB) -- yes I looked at that one around the same time I started looking at Osage and passed on it. From looking through their PR's and public filings I couldn't easily arrive at what % W.I. they held in the horizontal Mississippian wells they were participating in or the Miss. acreage they had an interest in, and took that as a major red flag. In consideration of that plus their debt situation I passed on considering it further. They had about $3M of debt yet were running at a significant negative cash flow rate, not a situation I want to be involved in.

If Osage's initial Hz wells IP at only 200 bopd gross then I will be sorely disappointed, that is way under what the big boys to the north are getting. 200 bopd for a 30-day IP rate would at least be in the ballpark, let's see what happens.....
