The POO is NOT Obama's fault anymore than it was Bush's fault. What we have today is simple political pay back. What was fair for the goose is now fair for the gander. Recognize it for what it is. Because Obama has been anti industry the charge has more credibility for political spin.

Our leftist friends seem outraged when they are subjected to their own tactics.

We as a nation have come to sad and sorry state of affairs. But it is what it is. The Democrats play hard ball politics and should expect nothing less in return. I frankly am enjoying Obama's discomfort on the issue.

Bob

We don't need a friendly or unfriendly President alone. We need BOTH a Congress and President that are friendly, and neither has been the case over the last 11.5 years, so it is naive to suggest otherwise. The price of oil is a direct result of monetary policy and supply and demand, and yes, I blame the current and past Congresses for their inability to pass legislation that allows for the increase of domestic oil supplies in various forms, and the current President for his myopic leadership.
