I have seen those NG fueling pumps for the home. It's really a game changer especially when refueling can be done over night in the garage. The cost for these pumps are pretty high but when manufactured in volume could become quite affordable and convenient.

So how does both the State and Feds get their road tax fees? I would propose a similar arrangement now done with Internet purchases. The consumer pays no taxes for the first 24 months to cover the cost of the "At-Home" NG pumping system and a subside for the NG car and/or truck. After this period, miles driven on NG cars & trucks would pay an annual fee when they register their vehicle based on the miles driven the previous year.
