Cacaito-Its a compilation of various research papers (as I understand them). To me at least it underscores the multiple roles of bpi and the importance in host defense. Would be very interested to hear your opinion. If anyone can get/give a professional opinion/overview it would be helpful. As I have said before, I showed it to a very smart MD, and her interest was most peaked by its selective action on complement. Also comment "sounds too good to be true". Dont you just hate to hear that. It automatically puts me on guard. You know what I mean. "whats wrong with this picture". Again calls for overviews welcome.
