Use lots of curse words, throw pretzels and potato chip son the floor and punch each other in the arm and start brawls? Yeah! And smoke cigars, talk sports and (in Chicago) politics, tell lies, curse women, exchange trading tips (the CBOE guys hung out there) and generally be obnoxious. All the while standing at the bar, not sitting around a table acting (blah) civilized. Didn't you have a boys only tree house when you were a kid? The men's bar was about the same with a little drunkedness thrown in. Remember Bill Veeck, owner of the White Sox?
