On thing is sure - there is no SS surplus now, and from all corners all I her is that the system will be broke by or before 2020, IF they government stopped taking from it .. for general spending on other things. But they won't stop .. so it will probably not even last until then.

Yes sir, when the SS 'fund' is paying out more than it takes in, it's going broke. When it's paying out more than it takes in - AND the government is robbing it for other purposes, as started by democrats several years ago - the 'fund' will be broke before we turn around.

It's elementary level math ... but some just can't grasp it.
