I don't think it is the same idea. No one knows how long this "window" is. There are many other reports/studies that clearly illustrate the benefits of early treatment. Those who would propose in saving PIs for later treatment, in fear of developing a resistance that they can in a large part can avoid through adherence, are making a serious mistake IMHO. Although, it is probably favorable to those that would have paid for these patients treatment. Sad.
