Looks like no Nikkei trading today. Hang Seng is up
and the Aussies ended "flat." SKorea is doing poorly:

Prices improved slightly in afternoon trade as Hong Kong stocks firmed, but Korean stocks fell sharply on worries over the impact of International Monetary Fund (IMF) loans and dealers said the region still looked very unstable. "It's not all over yet, that's for sure. There is probably more downward pressure to come," said Scott Emms, a dealer with Henderson Charlton Jones. Thanks for trying to sort out the Form 4 and Form 144 mess. It makes sense. gary

i thought the argument was becoming esoteric and believed some of us, myself included, needed form 4 and 144 defined so we could try and follow the discussion.

i am happy you find sense in this, probably read tea leaves also:-)
