1) I expect nobama to lose in November.
2) BOD can be voted out but probably not this time.
2) When did you ever have a NY AG backing a class action lawsuit with evidence against the big bad bank?
3) CEO and BOD didn't fulfill their fiduciary duty to the shareholders.

I have refocused my attention on winning against BofA in trading and the institutional investors who voted for their BOD. It's very easy to accomplish considering the competition. The stock market is a voting machine. Index fund selling and the deadbeats win.
