When we are consuming 20 million barrels a day, the amount left is very small in relative terms. We are still importing 50% of our use and can never get to producing 100% of our own needs.

So right. We are sitting on huge supplies of oil that he does not want tapped in shale and oil sands. Why not? Is it being reserved for the elites after depopulation programs have occurred?
