Ed, Just use the standard search engines, mostly Alta Vista - DejaNews - Excite - Infoseek - HotBot - Lycos - WebCrawler - Image Surfer. These came from Yahoo "Other Search Engines". I tried Pointcast but found the news to be delayed as compared to the search engines. dogpile.com northernlight.com techweb.com has a search function that seems pretty good... Hope these help. steve ps. I also follow associated links from the web pages that turn up. I have quite a bit of time on my nights off and enjoy the search... pss. I get alot of leads and info from the thread and start from there. Thats one of the aspects of the thread that I like... the sharing of info. Not like the AOL board, to many arguments to be productive... In my opinion...
