I am aware of the law and I say "Screw the law" because it is uncivilized law. If you kill then it should be "prove your innocence." Killing under any circumstances cannot be condoned. If we say there are laws and it is OK to kill as per the law, then who is to say that Osama is guilty because he did what the law of the AQ says. In any society, killing or shall we say denying "life that is willed by God" should be dealt with seriously to begin with. Denying someone money through fraudulent means such as in the case of MF Global etc. should be prosecuted when there is sufficient evidence. But when a person has been killed and the evidence is he did not have a gun and was on the run and was chased and shot, then that should be sufficient evidence for detention until the court releases that person after a fair trial. As I understand, some of the outrage is because he is still out free and he has received death threats. And the police is just standing by!!!!
