Donald I think you are thinking objectively about a stock you don't follow closely enough and If I didn't follow the stock I would think the way you do. Sometimes I think the way you do anyway. But that is what makes a market.. In the past nine months the company lost .28 cnts... fully .25 cnts was a one time charge due to their selling their imaging system MDI. so it would normally be more like .04 or .05 cnts... then they bought fully 100% their rehab business which is 11 mill revenue. Then it aquired back its subsidiary MAMO who is been losing money as it comercializes the Aurora breast imaging system and has 1.5 mill backlog sales. These sales are going to become leases and or partnerships and thus revenue sources for the new company. GEMS has a five million investment on the company as of April and there are 7 million in cash. They recently openned on such profit center at Faulkner Hospital in Boston and we don't know from a financial stand point how much revenue it will produce..otherwise I hear its doing well. RSNA is a big todo for radiology and goes for 5 days starting the 30 of this month and will be a perfect place for them to show their new Company and sell some machines etc.. As they work through the mergers and bring in new business they should find a point at which the revenue should exceed their expenses...when? maybe mid 98?? I don't know?.. but that is one possibility. good luck luis
