Wrong.

They were not.

(As I have explained to you many, many, many times. D.I.P. provisions of US federal corporate bankruptcy codes have been around since right after WW II and are well known. They were followed scrupulously here. And pension obligations have a superior position.)

If you insist in claiming that somehow, somewhere some kind of illegality was perpetrated here than the burden of proof rests with you to at least point to WHAT was supposedly in violation of US federal bankruptcy law.

(Remembering, of course, that the Federal Judge approved all of this and no challenges in Court have survived....)
