TO ALL FROM IDT IR FRESH POINTS. IN RESPONCE TO MY EMAIL TO IR HERE's WHAT I GOT SO FAR: I owe many of you return phone calls and apologize for taking so long. You shouldn't read anything into it, other than that we've been extremely busy. Many of you have spoken with some of the staff in our Marketing Communications area--Alisa, Marie, Kristin, Tish, and Jim. They do a good job of providing basic information about IDT, but rely upon me to provide them with guidelines to handle your difficult questions. And I've been on the road a lot lately and have not provided them much material to work with. You may be interested that IDT has about 75,000 individual investors. I often receive 40+ voicemails from individuals in a single day. On average, I probably spend 15-20 minutes answering the individual's questions. Do the math, and you'll see that it's physically impossible to keep up with these calls. The solution? I'm trying three things: 1) Recruiting a full-time manager of investor relations to work for me. 2) With that person's help, providing the Marketing Communications staff with a set of up-to-date responses to your frequently asked questions. 3) Initiating either a weekly or biweekly conference call for individual investors. The format will likely be that investors submit questions in advance, then call in to hear either live or taped responses. I'm interested in any suggestions you have here. Again, please accept my apologies for the difficulty in reaching me. In the years that I've been at IDT, I've never seen a higher level of interest in the stock.
