Good morning Sonny, Thanks for your well wishes. I am very glad that you and your grandson are doing fine. I think that I am getting a little bit better myself. I have really gotten behind here since I have not had much energy lately. I am just so touched by your helping out your daughter and family. It is such a pleasure with seeing so many things that are wrong in the world to see things going right. What an inspiration. About the MVP, I can't even remember for sure but it seems like I talked to a friend who also had it and we discussed it and I told her some of my symtoms and it sounded like I did have it. Then one day in the doctors office, he acted like he heard a murmur and set up a test at the hospital, (it may have been that echogram, I am not sure), but then he never did report the results on it to me. At first I thought that he didn't report back because they were ok, then I started thinking that maybe it was becasue those doctors get so busy, they don't do half of what they are suppose to do. Meanwhile we changed insurance plans and had a new doctor so I never did find out the results. I guess if I do have MVP, I have lived with it this long. About the margarine vs. butter: The margarine has hydrogenated oil (trans fatty acids) that are very bad for you. If you get the non-fat tub margarine, you are safe on all accounts. Promise has one with almost 0 calories and I think that it tastes fine. Regular peanut butter also has that, but you can get the kind that only has peanuts and salt and you are safe. As I told Frank, I think that we are in for a wild ride this week as far as the market is concerned, so I guess that we better fasten our seat belts and get ready. I also said though that I think that we are on track with regard to the long term. I hope that you have a good day today. Go INTEL Margaret Long on INTEL :) :) :)
