They can take the average of $12,000 in cash to allow a short sale. Move in with somebody else. Allow the 7 year credit ding to disappear then take out a mortgage to commence the rent free and mortgage free scenario again. If they are of the ninja class, I can't see the rental but with a liberal you never know. LOL

I'm thinking too small. After the liberal AG settlement, maybe they can have most of the mortgage principle eliminated and live the equivalent of rent free and mortgage free. LOL

I'm optimistic for a much higher stock price over the next 3 years with or without the liberal CEO and BOD. Major institutional investors are slow to act but will probably force management changes if needed. BofA is bigger than anyone.
