When Obama says "we're going to go ahead and do it ourselves." I ask ---------"Who is "we" and who is "ourselves"? There is only one Obama, how can "he" be "we" -----how can Obama be "ourselves" ? Will the good men and women of Congress standby while Obama usurps their power as an elected body? Congress should convene a 'Body of the Whole" and act----both the House and the Sentate should act together and call for his resignation immediately, or if not, risk the threat of impeachment. Under Parliamentary Law and Procedure under which Congress is organized I believe that can be done. mj See the reference in previous message : “And where Congress is not willing to act, we’re going to go ahead and do it ourselves.” It now appears that such a mindset applies not only to economic matters but to the distribution of foreign aid as well--in particular, foreign military aid for the Muslim Brotherhood, who now hold the reigns in Egypt.
