House rules apply to the entire house. ( Universe ) One reason death is almost a non issue is because everyone is looking forward to it. After dying the retribution made available is guaranteed and payback is a very heartfelt emotion. In their world you can almost see through ' the other side ' and visualize your, as yet, unreachable opponents. You want to damage them a lot. They've damaged you.
