I disagree with your characterization of Sarah Palin's responsibilities in the jobs she has had. The very least that you have to acknowledge is that her background is an order of magnitude more suitable that the current incumbent's was.

I do agree, however, that she will continue to gain credentials and we will hear from her again. Right now, I think her best role is not as a candidate, but she definitely has a role.

When I interview candidates for any job, I want to see that they have successfully done something hard, and that they have learned from it.

So, I'm assuming that you would see a vast difference between Obama in 2008 and Romney in 2012?
I know it is a gigantic softball question <g>.
