I asked my son in law who has a PHD in atmospheric chemistry and studies AGW full time at a major university, about the article below.

They are saying CO2 levels below 400 is abnormal?? Is that true?

This is his response.

Who's opinion is that? Yours? I think so... It took 90,000 years for 90% of life on earth to extinct during the permian age. In the past 100 years, 90% of sharks and other pelagic sea life has been wiped out. That's just one example. We're creating a mass extinction event that accelerating faster than anything in natural history. Go back to writing code. Isn't there a good subroutine waiting for you?
