one witness said martin was on top of zimmerman punching him in the face. It was zimmerman shouting for help. He was afraid to go and help so he went inside and called 911. While talking to 911 he heard a shot. and zimmermans shouts for help stopped. Police said when they arrived martin was shot and zimmerman had a broken nose and a head wound on the back of his head that required stiches. Witness told his version of martin sitting atop zimmerman punching him in the face to the police. It seems to me the witnesses fear to break up the confrontation cost martin his life. Was martin guilty of assaualt and battery? Was martin guilty of a hate crime? Did zimmerman have to shot martin to make him stop beating him? Does martin have a history of hatred of whites? What would have been the outcome if zimmerman didn't have his gun? Why was a miami school boy doing with his father visiting his fathers girl friends house during the shool year? Is it true martin was expelled for five days and if so why? When will all this be on law and order?
