Excellent point on the use of goon and coon not being used for years. On your post regarding the 911 calls I would like to see a comparative analysis of various neighborhood watch 911 calls involving a mix of communities. I personally don't have a neighborhood watch as many of the people on the mountain here are current or retired law enforcement people, the rest are simply very wealthy people who appreciate the peace here. I believe the same is true for you. There is no need to have a neighborhood watch as your wealth and that of the neighbors doesn't attract the bad element. It is truly the middle class and lower class that are afflicted with the actual bad element.

I have to agree that there is far too much unknown here to make judgements as surely they are premature at this point. I made a point earlier about Kenneth and other folks who love to toss gas on fires. How would he feel if suddenly cyber attacks reached his neighbors and other associates of his. Right or wrong of reason the prospect is devastating. There is no justice when these electronic bullies set upon someone. It never ends well.
