So it needs updating from time to time. And it has been updated, and presumably will be again. That's fine. What's not so fine is letting the government go beyond the limits of the highest law in the land because its convenient or momentary popular to do so.

Gosh koan - have you heard? Bush isn't president any longer! You can stop blaming him. You say the constitution needs updating ... what about your own ideas and beliefs? How about updating them in light of today's economy?
