I agree, this is very good news and it will contribute to q4 results. The continued selloff of Edusoft behind a string of good news frustrates and puzzles me.
It appears that management is attempting to increase awareness of Edusoft. In addition to the several news releases lately, several paid advertisements have appeared in IBD featuring these releases.

It's my opinion, Degem will not deal at these market levels hence the effort. Why would a partner pay Degem an excessive premium over market and why would degem sell Edusoft at a multiple inconsistant with peer software companies. I'm looking for another software company with a PE in the low teens trading at less then 2 times book value and showing continued growth.

Edusoft is now a global company, unfortunately, there is uncertainty in this global arena. Weakness in Edusoft is unfounded. Edusoft has done well by broadening its marketing base to several continents, the singular exposure in latin america in the mid 90's left them vunerable. Now, if a weakening occurs in one local, others pick up the slack. Product diversity has transformed Edusoft into different company with an improved business plan. While once solely catering to the institutional and education markets, edusoft now getting about half of the revenues from consumer retail. Every marketing agreement for the previous 2 years have been with companys that are mid or large capitalized companies with a strong and diverse presence in there regions. This strategy fosters potentially longterm relationships that will likely continue. Lastly, the market for ESL Courseware has plenty of growth potential. Regions remain within markets in China, india, all of Africa, and eastern Europe that will support future growth. Existing markets are not saturated and Edusoft continues as the ESL multimedia leader.

I support the attempt to increase Investor awareness of Edusoft. Information available on many of the online services and web sites are outdated or nonexisting. Posting on AOL Fool support this as well.
