Charges have not been filed, nor should they, based on all the information that has come out about the incident.

That could well be the case. I do think it very poor judgement (although not illegal) on Zimmerman's part to carry a gun and to confront an unknown person. I'm assuming that Zimmerman initiated the contact. You have to think things thru as to what could happen if the person immediately turns violent. I don't know how Florida laws handle this. Just hope all the truth comes out and this gets settled without further violence.
Not asking for much.

Will Obama have the sense to reach out to the Sharpton's and Jackson's to tamp down things in an election year?
