those who rule, make the law, adjudicate the law and interpret the law. Bingo!! I am reminded of how the 2005 Bankruptcy act completely gutted our traditional BK legal process by putting derivatives (CDS) holders at the head of the line. When judges no longer have the discretion to make legal decisions based on the spirit of the law, the only outcome can be an anti democratic, predatory, monopolistic, rent seeking corporatocracy that consumes the middle class.
