Hi Grommit

CoreSite Realty Corporation (COR) -NYSE - closed out position

Sold the last of my COR. That was a nice find. Not sure if you would consider it a true value candidate at the time, but management sure did add value to the company. I continue to hold my last remaining shares of DLR so I do have some exposure in the industry. At current prices COR is more than fairly valued. Company is taking on a lot of debt to expand and earnings have yet to follow.

SeekingAlpha had this pretty good article on the cloud computing sector.

I am going to stay alert to these companies for a possible buy on any pull back. For me, I like their real estate holdings and lease agreements (cash flow from operations) rather than owning the operators. It provides a level of safety in an otherwise volatile sector.
