Nobody wants YOUR opinion. Please provide the statutes in each state and apply your reasoning.

"In WA, it would be up to the jury to decide."

Then why wasn't this Walla Walla case prosecuted and taken to a jury?

You were saying? Most people deny they committed a crime, that happens in every state. Nothing unique in Florida...Florida will not allow a bogus story to fly without charges it looks to be...

FLORIDA law allows a person such as Zimmerman to start a fight and when the other person fights back, to use deadly force to end the fight and then claim self defense by using a bogus story. WA State does not have such a law. Under Fl law, there can be no arrest if the claim of self defense is supported by physical evidence. In WA, it would be up to the jury to decide. Other states should examine their laws in light of the facts of this case.

It has been clearly stated with actual exerpts from the law that the stand your ground law does not allow you to start the fight. But if you mean that asking a question such as "what are you doing here", is starting the fight, then I suppose you are right. I guess in WA you have to wait this a knife or bullet is in your gut before you can defend yourself.
