You were saying? Most people deny they committed a crime, that happens in every state. Nothing unique in Florida...Florida will not allow a bogus story to fly without charges it looks to be... FLORIDA law allows a person such as Zimmerman to start a fight and when the other person fights back, to use deadly force to end the fight and then claim self defense by using a bogus story. WA State does not have such a law. Under Fl law, there can be no arrest if the claim of self defense is supported by physical evidence. In WA, it would be up to the jury to decide. Other states should examine their laws in light of the facts of this case.
