Sorry, but you haven't made your case.

We put Japanese to death for crimes that warranted the death penalty.

Draw your Venn diagrams and you will see that not all Japanese involved with waterboarding were executed.

Those that were executed committed crimes that were far worse than waterboarding. If you read the article I posted, you would understand that.

Koan. You are claiming the every Japanese involved with waterboarding was executed. I have looked around enough to conclude that your claim is not true.

I wouldn't expect you to know this but the US military has been waterboarding all combat related aircrews and Special Forces people for decades..... It's part of SERE School, the R stands for resist.......
