Here in north eastern PA there is a high school where the blacks and hispanics do not get along. In fact they seem to have seriuos confrontations. Could that be the same in a miami high school? Could a black high school student from miami have a racial hatred of hispanics? Especially white hispanics? There are so many questions and so few facts.
