In my State, Virginia, and I assume most States are like this, you can opt out of having Auto Insurance but you have to pay the State the $400 a year uninsured motorist fee and it provides NO insurance whatsover. That is what Odumozocare is trying to do. I always thought the $400 was a crock of BS and illegal. Wonder if that was ever challenged. I can see the scam Odumbozocare is for Insurance companies themselves, they get as many suckers at Govt gunpoint on their rolls, collect the money, and provide the minimum they can possibly get away with under the Law, which I guarantee won't be much. That is the heart of Odumbozocare. Right now Insurance companies deny every claim right off the bat. Just wait and see how worthless insurance is after this. Liberals continue to think you get something for nothing. Insurance companies aren't dummies, they aren't going to give away the store. They will take your money and provide a lot less than what they do now. The people who have healthcare are generally healthy people trying to save themselves from a catostrophic illness that would wipe them out. The people not on plans currently consist largely of people who are not in good health who intent on raiding the system. The insurance companies know this and they will A-Decrease their costs and quality as well to make sure they don't get looted and B-Raise premiums accross the board to pay for attacks by looters.
