NYC Schools Ban References to Dinosaurs, Birthdays, Halloween on Tests

The elementary school down the street has a marquis sign out front. The usually put up the week's events. A couple of weeks ago they announced "Wear green day!". Last year they listed St Patrick's Day on the marquis...but no more. "Wear Green Day".........and gosh forbid that anybody actually pinched somebody for not wearing green.
