I am a distributor of wealth. < And then there is the question of distribution of wealth. It goes to the one who has better bargaining power at any time, however that bargaining edge has been gained or resulted. >I distribute it to the people I want to distribute it to. Those people are normally the ones who have done a better job at a cheaper price. That tends to be low paid people in China, yet they are hardly seen as having that "better bargaining power" you described.

People with money are the distributors of wealth. You seem to think the way they choose to spend their money is bad and somebody else should more sensibly spend it for them."Hey, you are not distributing that money very well at all. You have to give it to me and I'll distribute it properly, to my shovel-ready friends."

It all looks like little more than envy. A cardinal sin.

If people want some distributed to them, they should offer to do something useful at a low price. That's how I get my money and always have. I find that if I do a really good job really cheaply, it's very very easy to get money distributed to me. Those people who want opm should try it some time.
