Lindy, another aspect BO's war on coal is that there are a lot of union jobs dependent on it. His policies are alienating part of his base... this is the part of the equation that BO has totally misjudged. The non-union coal workers abandoned BO a long time ago. The union coal workers stood by the official union party line, but the union coal workers who I have talked with know that BO is trying to shut them down. The unions are going to lose their base regardless of the official union position.
